Welcome to Amaze Social ("App", "Platform", "Service"), a social audio and video calling application operated by Dibolky ("Company", "we", "us", "our"). The App is available on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store under the identifier com.dibolky.amaze.
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Amaze Social application, you ("User", "you", "your") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you must not use the App.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Dibolky. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
2.1. You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and use Amaze Social.
2.2. By using the App, you represent and warrant that:
2.3. We reserve the right to request verification of your age or identity at any time. Failure to provide such verification may result in suspension or termination of your account.
3.1. Registration. To use Amaze Social, you must create an account by providing your mobile phone number, name, date of birth, gender, preferred languages, and interests. You may also register using your email address.
3.2. Verification. We verify your identity through a One-Time Password (OTP) sent to your registered mobile number. Certain users may be required to complete additional identity verification, including submitting a video for profile verification.
3.3. Account Security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify us at amazeappofficial@gmail.com if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.
3.4. One Account Policy. Each user may maintain only one active account. Creating multiple accounts may result in the suspension or permanent termination of all associated accounts.
3.5. Account Deactivation. We may deactivate, suspend, or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or pose a risk to other users or the platform.
Amaze Social provides the following services:
Users can browse and discover other user profiles using filters such as gender, age, language, location, and interests.
Users can initiate one-on-one audio and video calls with other users. Calls are facilitated through third-party technology (Agora) and are subject to coin-based charges.
Users can send and receive text messages, images, audio, and video content through the in-app chat feature. Chat initiation may require coin payment.
Users can send and receive virtual gift stickers during calls. Gifts are purchased using in-app coins and have designated coin values.
Users may share media content (text, images, videos) as stories or streams visible to other users.
Users can raise support requests through an in-app ticketing system.
Amaze Social operates a virtual currency system referred to as "Coins." Coins are used to access premium features including calls, chats, and gifts.
Coins can be purchased through the App using In-App Purchases via the Apple App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android). All coin purchases are processed through the respective platform's billing system in your local currency.

Users may earn coins when they:
Earned coins are credited to your "Earned Balance" which is separate from your purchasable "Coin Balance."
Coins have no real-world monetary value outside the Amaze Social platform. Coins cannot be exchanged for cash, except through the Withdrawal mechanism described in Section 6. Unused purchased coins are non-refundable except as required by applicable law.
The Company reserves the right to modify coin packages, pricing, earning rates, and spending rates at any time without prior notice.
Users who have earned coins through receiving calls, messages, or gifts may request withdrawal of their earned balance to a verified bank account, subject to the following conditions:
Users must provide valid bank account details including account holder name, account number, IFSC code, and branch name. The Company may require a passbook image for verification. Bank accounts are subject to approval before withdrawal processing.
Withdrawal requests are subject to review and approval by the Company. We reserve the right to reject withdrawal requests that appear fraudulent, violate these Terms, or are otherwise suspicious. Approved withdrawals will be processed within a reasonable time frame.
The coin-to-currency conversion rate for withdrawals is determined by the Company and may be changed at any time. The applicable conversion rate at the time of request approval will apply.
Users are solely responsible for any taxes, duties, or levies applicable to their withdrawal earnings. The Company may deduct applicable taxes as required by law.
7.1. Amaze Social may offer subscription plans that provide enhanced features, including customizable call rates and premium benefits.
7.2. Subscriptions are billed through In-App Purchases via the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
7.3. Subscriptions are time-bound and will automatically expire at the end of the subscription period unless renewed.
7.4. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or the refund policies of the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
8.1. By using Amaze Social, you agree not to:
8.2. Violation of these rules may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of your account, forfeiture of any coin balance or earned balance, and potential legal action.
9.1. Users may block other users for any reason. Blocked users cannot initiate calls, send messages, or send gifts to the blocking user.
9.2. When blocking a user, you may be asked to provide a reason from the following categories: Inappropriate behavior, Offensive language, Unwanted contact, Not what I expected, Privacy concerns, or Other.
9.3. The Company may also block or restrict users at its discretion to maintain platform safety.
9.4. Users are encouraged to report any violations of these Terms through the in-app support ticket system.
You retain ownership of any content you create and share on the App (messages, profile information, streams, videos). By posting content on Amaze Social, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute such content solely in connection with operating and promoting the App.
The Amaze Social name, logo, interface design, features, and all related trademarks, service marks, and trade names are the property of Dibolky. You may not use, copy, or distribute any Company content without our prior written consent.
You must not upload, share, or transmit any content that:
11.1. All payments are processed through In-App Purchases via the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. By making a purchase, you agree to the terms and conditions of the respective platform (Apple or Google).
11.2. Prices are displayed in the App at the time of purchase. All prices include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
11.3. Refund Policy. Coin purchases are generally non-refundable. Refund requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis for:

Your use of Amaze Social is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at https://privacy.amazeapp.in. By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.
13.1. The App integrates with third-party services to provide its functionality, including but not limited to:
13.2. Your use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of these third-party providers.
14.1. AS-IS Basis. The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
14.2. No Guarantee. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
14.3. User Interactions. We are not responsible for the conduct of any user on the platform. You interact with other users at your own risk. We strongly advise exercising caution and good judgment when interacting with strangers.
14.4. Call Quality. Audio and video call quality depends on various factors including internet connectivity, device capabilities, and third-party service availability. We do not guarantee call quality or uptime.
15.1. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Dibolky and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the App, including but not limited to:
15.2. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to the App shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Dibolky and its directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of or in connection with:
17.1. By You. You may terminate your account at any time by deleting your account through the App settings. Upon deletion, your profile, coin balance, earned balance, and all associated data will be permanently removed.
17.2. By Us. We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms.
17.3. Effect of Termination. Upon termination:
18.1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
18.2. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the App shall first be attempted to be resolved through informal negotiation by contacting us at amazeappofficial@gmail.com.
18.3. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, either party may initiate binding arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, as amended. The seat of arbitration shall be in India.
18.4. You agree to resolve disputes with us on an individual basis and waive any right to participate in a class action or class arbitration.
19.1. We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion.
19.2. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the App or via email to the address associated with your account.
19.3. Your continued use of the App after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Dibolky regarding your use of the Amaze Social application and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
